What New Story Are You Ready to Plant?

What Story Is Ready to Blossom In Your Life?

Spring is busting out all over. The earth is stretching awake, colors are returning, and what once looked bare is beginning to burst open with new life. Buds form quietly before they bloom and seeds split open in the darkness before they ever reach the light. Change often begins long before you can see the evidence of it.

That feels worth remembering, especially when life is coming at you from every which way but slow and gentle.

There are seasons when the story you have been telling yourself feels fixed, as though it has already been written and there is nothing left to do but live inside its pages.

What story are you telling yourself this spring? Are you ready to plant new seeds in the garden of possibilities? What is blooming now, springing to life right in front of you?

Our stories can settle in so deeply that we stop noticing that they are just our old stories. We begin to treat them like our truths.

The good news is that the moment you begin to question the story you have been living, you open the door to a new one, written today, in this moment, and this moment matters.

What story is planted deep in your heart and is bursting with the energy to bloom, now, this year, in this moment?

It may not be completely clear. It may begin as a quiet whisper. It may sound like, “What if this is not the whole truth?”

This dream seed may arrive as a tiny stirring in your spirit and feel like a gentle nudge of curiosity. It is a soft refusal to keep handing your life over to an old narrative that no longer fits the person you are today and the one you want to be tomorrow.

Spring teaches us that transformation does not begin with a flower. It begins with a seed, a potential. It asks for your trust and begins with your willingness to plant something small and tend it faithfully.

What seeds will you plant this year?

Will you plant courage where fear has taken up too much space? Will you plant compassion in the places where you have been harsh or judgmental with yourself or others?

Will you plant hope, even if your heart has known a long winter?

I challenge you to plant one new thought, make one new choice, perform one new act of faith, all in the direction of the life your soul is asking for.

The seeds of your dream do not argue with the darkness, they use it. They gather together there and prepare for their blooming. They reach for the light before they can see it. There is wisdom in that. Can you feel it?

If darkness has fallen, it does not mean the sun has disappeared. The sun is shining at this very moment somewhere not too far away, and in time its light will find you again. This is the beginning of a new story. Your dream is gestating, growing. It is the sacred part where something new is gathering its strength.

This is your invitation not to have every answer, but to question what no longer serves you, to loosen your grip on the old stories that have kept you where you are, and to plant a new seed, a new chapter, change the story and write it the way you want to live it.

A new season is here!

This is the time to plow the earth, turn over the ground and freshen the soil, water the seeds you have planted, and watch the story change as the blossoms push their way out into the light.

Let your story grow with the light of a new season. You are the author of your life … write it the way you want to live it.
