It has been raining here in Central California off and on for about a week and everything is turning green. All across the vistas surrounding where I live, are hills of green, the hint of blossoms, and a sneak peek at the coming leaves. The first avocado fell from our tree and we are still picking oranges from the winter crop.
Hope fills the air with the scent of things to come, planting the seeds of our dreams with inspiration and imagination. The light growing longer every day.
As the frosty grip of winter begins to loosen its hold and the hint of spring begins to show up, Audrey Hepburn’s timeless words echo with the promise of growth at a time when nature itself signals the awakening of life beneath the surface, on the tips of leafless branches, and in the stirring of my soul.
The coming of green reminds me of the dream I seeded with the Soar into ’24 ceremony last December, every seed sown a testament to my faith in tomorrow. The greening of the hills a vibrant reminder of the resilience and belief that despite any challenge I may face, everything is indeed coming up green.

Spring is also a time of planting so if there is a dream still lying in the bottom of your heart, it is never too late to plant it.

Vicki is also an Artist of the Spirit Certified Spiritual and Energetic Life Coach, a Graduate Mentor in the AoS program and a founding member of HeatherAsh Amara’s Warrior Goddess Leadership Team and Facilitator of the Warrior Heart Practice.
