Planting the Seeds of Your Dream

Planting the Seeds of Your DreamWe have just passed through the Equinox, the time of balance, of equal day and night, dark and light.

Can you feel it? That electric buzz in the air? It is the energy of spring, the time of rebirth and renewal, the official start of the season of growth.

Is it time for you to plant the seeds of a new dream? Is there a calling deep in the recesses of your heart that is louder this year, nudging you to let it out? Is it the seed of your deepest desire, the dream that makes your heart sing and your spirit soar pushing its way to the surface?

Every dream, every goal, every vision begins as a seed. It’s a tiny kernel of potential waiting patiently for the right conditions to burst forth and grow. And you are the gardener, the caretaker, nurturer, and midwife of your dream.

Close your eyes for just a moment, taking a deep breath, feel the earth beneath your feet. Feel it grounding you, connecting you to something greater than yourself alone… your dream.

Now envision the seeds of that dream in your hands. What do they look like? What do they represent? Where will you plant them. Open your eyes and remember these seeds, the vision of your dream growing in the palm of your hand.

The determined growth of a seed and the pursuit of your dream share a profound parallel in their inherent resilience and the transformative process of their growth.

Consider the seeds in your hand as a metaphor for your dream. Just as a seed faces challenges in breaking through the depth and hardness of the soil, your personal dream may encounter obstacles and setbacks.

The seed’s journey involves an unwavering determination to reach the light, pushing against the resistance of its surroundings. Similarly, pursuing a personal dream often requires perseverance and a steadfast commitment to overcoming each challenge.

The nurturing elements, such as water and sunlight, symbolize the support and resources you invest in your dream—whether it be education, mentorship, or hard work.

Eventually, just as the seed breaks through the soil to blossom into a vibrant plant, your dedication and resilience can lead to the realization of your personal dream. In both cases, the process involves patience, adaptability, and an unwavering belief in the potential for your success in the realization of your dream come true.

What are you waiting for? It is time to get your hands dirty, so get to work!

Plant those seeds with intention and purpose. Nurture them with love and care and watch as they begin to take root and grow.

Remember that just as you plant a tomato seed and trust that you will have tomatoes in a few weeks, you must hold that same faith in your dream. Faith that even though you can’t see the end result right now, it is there waiting for you just beyond the horizon.

Trust in the process and in yourself, and trust in your Divine Guidance to get you there, across the finish line.

Embrace the journey, my friends. Embrace the growth, the learning, the transformation and the knowing that with every step you take, you are one step closer to the birth of your dreams.

What do you need to do to prepare the “soil” to receive your dreams seeds?

What do you need to do first? Is there something you need to learn? What nutrients do you need to add to the “soil” to manifest the perfect garden to grow this dream of yours?

Take some time to envision the dream… paint it or maybe create a container for it to grow into. Physically make a space for it to flourish in your world.

Blessings on this spring journey and may your dreams take root and blossom beyond your wildest imagination.
